June's Gratitude Challenge!
Greetings to everyone joining us this month!
As humans, we tend to focus on our negative experiences far more than our positive ones. For example, if we have a work evaluation and receive 95% of our feedback in the form of praise and the remainder of it targets our areas needing improvement then we tend to dwell on the 5% as areas of weakness. Another example could be one nasty driver souring our whole day despite many positive driving interactions previous… and so forth.
In the midst of COVID-19, and with the restrictions easing somewhat, we hope this challenge will help you to really put things in perspective and even offer you a way to connect with those people who you appreciate the most.
