Most of us are familiar with the term "work-life balance" and understand why it is important. But why does it seem so difficult for many of us to create and maintain healthy boundaries in the workplace and in our personal lives?

Work-life balance refers to managing work and personal time in such a way that nurtures engagement, motivation, enjoyment, and resiliency. Setting healthy concrete boundaries at work and in your personal life is essential to overall well-being and mental health, and doing so establishes a foundation to be able to better manage stress and setbacks.
