October's Self-Compassion Challenge 2020

Did you make it though the new links on the education page? Yes? No? It is okay if you did not, have some self compassion!  

 

October's challenges are going to KISS (keep it simple stupid)! Everyday phrases that criticize ourselves are embedded in language and every corner of society. Let's try changing KISS to "keep it short and simple". Reflect on the subtle change and the impact it may have on your inner self.
