Marks our Self-Care Fresh Start!

Self-care is the habit of looking after one’s wellness and wellbeing to the best of our ability across the lifespan. A good level of self-care will help us to better manage daily stressors, respond to crises, and recover from minor ailments. Self-care helps to improve upon one’s overall health and vitality as we age. People who take care of themselves using simple self-care strategies typically live healthier and happier lives than those who do not and they typically respond better to challenge. For this reason, September 2020 is going to focus on setting up a manageable self-care routine to see you through the remainder of this year’s Guided Wellness Series. Wherever you are in your self-care practices is not important because there is always room for improvement!
