During September, as the kids get back to school, work gets busier, and the summer days fall away, we will aim to create sustainable self-care habits that will carry us through the year.

To start, we will review what self-care is, offer some ways to begin simplifying our lives to make space for ourselves, and creating positive changes to boost our self-care on a day-to-day basis. Therefore, this month's educational content will help get you thinking about how you can tweak your personal self-care regime.
