Students & Families

We are approaching a school year that will look quite different than anything we have experienced before. As parents, it might seem like we have more questions than answers. Feeling stressed, angry, and fearful are all normal reactions that many of us feel as the school year approaches. Some of our kids are also fearful, others excited, and many are probably a mixture of both. As parents, the most important action you can take to support your children this fall is to be proactive with your personal mental wellbeing. By taking time for caring for yourself, you can better manage stress. And, by doing so, you will be promoting mental wellbeing. When parents are mentally healthy, they can create a healthier and happier home.
